okaygames operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform are permitted. okaygames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):
The minimum deposit on okaygames is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okaygames does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Balances. okaygames aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account.
okaygames reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the okaygames Account holder.
All transactions on the okaygames Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). okaygames does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
okaygames may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. okaygames reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
okaygames strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements; or any other conduct that okaygames determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an abuse of its promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
okaygames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
All bets placed on okaygames are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. okaygames will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or the applicable game rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on okaygames. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by okaygames at any time without prior notice.
okaygames reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other integrity concerns; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, okaygames reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Player balances to their pre-bet state. okaygames shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okaygames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:
All content on the okaygames Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of okaygames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okaygames Platform without the prior written consent of okaygames.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaygames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
okaygames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In no event shall okaygames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okaygames collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okaygames complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you subject to the completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal procedures.

In the event of any dispute between you and okaygames, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent okaygames from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
